The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Can personalised greeting cards be dispatched directly to the recipient?
Of course! Please let me know when purchasing and the card can be enclosed in the envelope and sent directly to the recipient.
Are all images captured by yourself?
Yes, all products include photography which has been completely captured and edited by myself.
Do you produce and dispatch all your own orders?
Yes. All orders are printed in and dispatched directly from my own home office, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Sizing details
All photographic print sizes are rounded up or down to the nearest centimetre. Example: a 25.3cm x 35.6cm Print will be described as a 25cm x 36cm Print when purchasing.
